Black Kings Travel is a brotherhood organization that coordinates group travel experiences, community events, and engagement opportunities for Black men.

Black Kings Travel does not operate as a travel supplier. All travel bookings are arranged through an affiliated licensed travel agency, JTravelUp, LLC, which serves as the official booking entity for Black Kings Travel experiences unless otherwise stated.

Participation in Black Kings Travel activities is voluntary and subject to the guidelines outlined in this document.

Participation is generally limited to adults who meet the requirements for specific events or trips.

For most travel programs:

• Participants must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise stated
• Participants must provide accurate registration information
• Participants must comply with all travel requirements

Black Kings Travel reserves the right to decline participation to protect the integrity and safety of the community.

All travel arrangements for Black Kings Travel programs are booked through JTravelUp, LLC, a licensed travel agency.

By booking a trip, you acknowledge and agree that:

• JTravelUp, LLC is the official agency handling reservations and payments
• You are subject to JTravelUp's terms and conditions in addition to those of Black Kings Travel
• Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators
• Supplier terms and conditions also apply

Failure to comply with any applicable terms may result in cancellation or denial of service.

Deposits and payment schedules are required to secure reservations.

Participants agree that:

• Payments must be made according to the stated schedule
• Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation
• Refund eligibility is governed by supplier policies and JTravelUp terms
• Black Kings Travel does not control supplier refund policies

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for travel, including:

• Valid identification and passport
• Visa requirements where applicable
• Health documentation
• Compliance with airline and cruise line policies

Black Kings Travel and JTravelUp are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Transportation delays or cancellations
• Weather conditions
• Illness or injury
• Changes to itineraries
• Loss or damage of personal property
• Acts of third parties

By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Black Kings Travel, JTravelUp, LLC, their officers, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Natural events or circumstances beyond control
• Changes to schedules or itineraries
• Personal accidents or property loss
• Failure to follow instructions or policies

Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.

By participating in any Black Kings Travel program, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Black Kings Travel, JTravelUp, LLC, and their respective agents and representatives from any claims arising from participation in travel activities, except where prohibited by law.

This waiver applies to all activities associated with the trip, including transportation, excursions, accommodations, and group events.

Participants agree to uphold the following standards.

Black Kings Travel reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens safety, disrupts the group, or violates these terms.

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

Black Kings Travel documents events and trips through photography and video.

By participating, you grant permission for Black Kings Travel and its authorized partners to:

• Capture images and video that may include your likeness
• Use such media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes
• Publish media across websites, social platforms, print materials, and presentations

No compensation will be provided for such use.

Participants who wish to limit their visibility must notify organizers in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made, complete exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed.

All website content, branding, and media are the property of Black Kings Travel unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Personal information is used solely for legitimate organizational purposes, including:

• Registration and communication
• Event coordination
• Safety and logistics
• Organizational updates

Black Kings Travel does not sell personal data to third parties.

Black Kings Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Black Kings Travel operates.
